Absolutely, yes! We make sure we work to the highest standards which means your child’s assessment is as robust, credible, and widely accepted as possible
How far do you work from Bath?
We work in a radius of about an hour’s drive from our therapy base in Bath
We charge a tiny bit extra for travel over 15 miles
Do you work with insurance companies?
Of course, although you may like to check your policy as children’s support is not always covered
Do you offer sensory assessments?
Yes, we do. And handwriting, and coordination and much more too! Assessments for these sorts of strengths and needs are carried out by our Occupational Therapists

As soon as you contact us, we will guide you through the next steps and offer you an appointment without unnecessary delays

Do you help children who are out of school?
Yes. For some children, being at school can become overwhelming. We like to validate their experiences and provide support during this tricky time
We provide Occupational Therapy, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy, Specialist Advocacy & support for the neurodivergent (that’s autism and ADHD), Speech & Language Therapy, Autism & ADHD diagnostic assessments, Parent & Family Support, and not forgetting school support and training too
Do you do Education Tribunal work?
If a child or young person is already well known to us, then yes, we will support them at their Tribunal
We do not provide stand-alone Education Tribunal work
Are you linked to the ‘right to choose’ scheme?
No, we are not currently registered with that particular NHS service, but we are looking into it
Do you work with schools?
Absolutely, definitely! We think it’s essential for your child’s teachers, teaching assistants and other adults to understand your child’s strengths and needs, and to be taught how to help them
How do I know if my child needs your help?
If your child is struggling at school or home with learning, sensory challenges, joining in, completing everyday activities or with emotional regulation and friendships, then you’ve come to the right place
What age range do you help?
We help those from nursery age all the way to settling into university or employment if need be. So, from 2 to 25 years
Help is available for parents and carers too
What is SEND?
‘Special Educational Needs and Disabilities’ is a phrase most commonly used in education to suggest a child may need some extra help with accessing learning, enjoying friendships, or completing everyday activities
How do I secure an appointment?
Once we’ve found a date that fits with your diary, we will raise an invoice, and payment will secure your slot
By the way, we are VAT exempt
How long is your waiting list?
We don’t believe in waiting lists because we feel very strongly that children shouldn’t need to wait for help
That means, we don’t have a waiting list
