Hi, I’m Rose and I am the admin assistant, working alongside Amy. I am here to help organise the team and provide administrative support, enabling the company to run smoothly and efficiently. I love supporting others and always do my absolute best to assist you when making contact with Now, Next & Then.
I have a strong passion for supporting children, young people and families which has brought me to be part of the team at Now, Next & Then. I believe in treating every child or young person as an individual and ensuring they can get the best out of life. This ethos is fulfilled by the welcoming Now, Next & Then team, with specialist expertise, ready to support children and families as a whole.
Before joining the team I worked in administration for Bath Spa University. Previously during my career, I have worked as a teacher in primary schools and children centres and therefore have experience within the education sector. I know first hand the struggles that families face with seeking support and this is why I feel privileged to work for Now, Next & Then. I have also worked in family support roles and so am well aware of the many challenges facing children and families. Working together and inclusively to support families to overcome barriers is a strong drive of mine.
Outside of work, I have two young children and I love spending time with my family. I particularly like being outside exploring and going on countryside walks. Gardening is my little bit of ‘me’ time and I also really enjoy baking, as do my children! Practising yoga is a hobby of mine and I find it very calming for the mind.
